In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall bear the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jlji," "we," "us," "our," or "the Company" refers to the operator of jlji Casino and the jlji.asia website and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the jlji.asia website, all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any associated application software through which gaming services are accessed.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Games" refers collectively to all gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to live dealer table games, slot machines, bingo, fishing arcade games, and sports betting markets.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's Account on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount a Player must bet before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all registered Players.

By registering an Account on the Platform, accessing any Game, making any deposit, or using any service offered by jlji, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and funds in your Account are your own beneficial property;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of jlji or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are not self-excluded from gambling activities at jlji or under any PAGCOR-mandated self-exclusion order;
• You are not knowingly suffering from a gambling disorder or addiction at the time of registration.

jlji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the Games and financial services of the jlji Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, jlji reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets and transactions, and permanently retain any balances held in those Accounts.

4.2 KYC Verification

jlji is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all registered Players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• PhilSys National ID
• Philippine Passport
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months) may additionally be required before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to jlji support promptly. jlji accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information, including failure to receive verification codes on an unregistered or changed mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You agree to:

• Not disclose your password or authentication codes to any third party under any circumstances;
• Use a password that is sufficiently complex and unique to your jlji Account;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to provide an additional layer of Account protection;
• Notify jlji support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account.

jlji staff will never ask you to disclose your Account password. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

jlji shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

jlji supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Banco de Oro (BDO) Online Banking, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and InstaPay real-time interbank transfers. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

6.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction
• jlji does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider's own fees, if any, remain your responsibility.

6.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time and are credited to your Wallet immediately upon payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically credited within the same business day, subject to the processing schedules of the respective bank.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

6.6 Anti-Money Laundering

jlji complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. jlji reserves the right to freeze Account balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected money laundering activity.

Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in professionally operated studios and are subject to real-time monitoring and recording.

7.1 Game Rules

Each Game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the Game interface before play commences. By participating in any Game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable Game rules. In any dispute regarding a Game outcome, jlji's server logs and game records shall be the definitive record of the disputed transaction.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects a Game outcome, jlji reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagers placed. jlji is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond a refund of the wager amount for the affected round.

7.3 Bet Integrity

Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform or any Game — whether for financial gain or otherwise — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all associated transactions, and permanent ban from the Platform.

jlji may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full;
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each offer. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account;
• jlji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through multiple Account registrations, collusion, or systematic exploitation — will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts permanently closed;

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all associated wagers and balances, permanent ban, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jlji. Unauthorized use of jlji's intellectual property may constitute both a breach of these Terms and an infringement of applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlji's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the net amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlji shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including without limitation losses of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if jlji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jlji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by jlji's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with jlji through good faith negotiations by contacting jlji support in writing. jlji will endeavor to respond to all formal written complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If jlji is regulated by PAGCOR at the time of a dispute, Players may also escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution procedures. jlji will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.

jlji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, jlji will provide notice through one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, an in-account notification, or a direct communication to your registered email address.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
